My wife and I were snowbirds and new to the real estate market in Volusia county. We were new to the area, and needed to buy a home. The market was difficult, since there were so many short sales and foreclosures on the market, sort of clouding the landscape. We had 4 "false starts" with foreclosures and short sales, which made the process drag out for many months. Marissa never got down, and never got impatient with us. Her positive attitude and absolute professionalism were the rocks we leaned on during this whole thing, and we ended up getting the ideal home at a fair price.
